Youth Fitness & Agility
This program will be taught by Fitness and Agility Instructor, David Diaz. This is NOT a martial arts class; it will focus on agility, coordination and quickness for any sport or motor skill development.
Class times (limit 15 kids per class):
o Monday 4:15 to 5 pm
o Monday 5 to 5:45 pm
o Tuesday 6 to 6:45 pm
o Wednesday 4:15 to 5 pm
o Wednesday 5 to 5:45 pm
o Thursday 6 to 6 45 pm
o Friday 5:30 to 6:15 pm

Who’s Eligible for Youth Fitness and Agility classes?:
- Active AKMA Student that is between the ages of 5 to 13 (AKMA Student rate applies only to students that comes to martial arts classes 2 times a week or more)
- Non Martial Arts program Siblings of active AKMA Students that meet the above criteria that are between the ages of 7 & 13
- Non AKMA Students ages 7 to 13
