This page is for San Diego Classic Judges, Officials and Volunteer Sign ups.  One form per individual.  We appreciate your assistance. Please review the section that pertains to you and your availability.  We need you to sign up as soon as you can so we can also get a count for ring assignments.  If you are a parent that is volunteering, thank you!

There will be Judge/Official/Volunteer training available. Check back closer to the tournament date for details.

SD Classic Judge Official Volunteers

Sign up to be a Judge, Official or Volunteer for the SD Classic Tournament

You can use this form to register people to help with the Sunday, October 5th San Diego Classic held at Stagecoach Park Gymnasium, 3420 Camino De Los Coches, Carlsbad, CA 92009. We appreciate your assistance in making this year’s San Diego Classic successful! We are asking for Judges, Officials and Volunteers to provide some time with set up, judging, time keeping and take down of the event.

Judges – Black Belts Only

Judges will be needed from 9:30 am to 4pm (outside of their own personal competition time) in case of run over. Judges meeting is at 9:30 am. If you have experience judging or are new to judging, please enter your information here if you can volunteer your time for your school.

Officials – Students age 12+

Officials will be timekeepers and scorekeepers in the rings.

Adult Volunteers (Parents, Competitors)

Volunteers will be needed to help set up registration, chairs, rings, registration of competitors, helping competitors as needed, collecting payments, take down of venue and removal of event supplies. Volunteer meeting begins at 9:30 am. Meeting for volunteers for afternoon will be as needed with final time being at 5pm.
Judges must be at least a 1st Dan black belt. Officials can be any martial art student that is 12 or older. Parents can help with the registration desk.
