Have you received a special invitation from an AK Martial Arts & Fitness Student to attend our Buddy Day Week?  That’s Great!  We look forward to seeing you at our RealFit4Life facility in Bressi Ranch Carlsbad!  To save time when you come in for class, please fill out your online registration below.

Things to know about this cool Buddy Day/Week Event:

  • Select the day and time you would like to come to buddy day below.
  • The day of the event, please check in at the front desk with a guardian to get your wristband to attend class. We suggest coming in 10 minutes before your class begins.
  • Wear comfortable clothing.  You will be doing a lot of running around so loose layers is always good.
  • No shoes allowed on mat flooring and no jewelry for safety purposes.
  • Photography is allowed at the end of class with Master Instructor direction and approval for safety and security.  No photography is allowed during a class due to the safety and privacy of our families and students.
  • Buddies – Goody Bags and a spin at the Wheel of Prizes will be given at the end of the class in the lobby for all buddy participants.  One Goody Bag and one spin per person for this event.
  • Students- that bring a buddy will also receive 1 Goody Bag for the event and a spin at the Wheel of Prizes.  If they bring additional buddies during the week, they will spin the Prize wheel for every buddy in attendance.
  • Each buddy attendee will have an option to take advantage of our free Buddy Week Program!  You will be allowed to attend a full week of consecutive classes starting on your first visit with us during Buddy Week October 15th-20th & 31st.  If you decide to join as a regular student with a month to month contract, you will receive a complimentary uniform at no additional cost.  Please note that this program can not be used with other martial arts offers at AK Martial Arts & Fitness offered via our website, social media or third party vendors. 4 month waiting period for other similar offers.

  • Buddy Day Week RSVP & Release Form

    You can register more than one buddy on this form. Please make sure you select the class days and times you would like to attend for one or multiple buddies. We will notify the AKMA Student when you submit this registration form to confirm your attendance. Buddies must check in at the front desk to obtain their wristbands to enter the floor.
  • Note a guardian is required on site at all times for children under the age of 8
  • (Please type carefully so you can receive an auto email confirmation) You might also be eligible for prizes with notifications online.
  • Buddy, please list the name of the AKMA Student who gave you an invitation or invited you to this event.
  • Note AKMA Students do not need to register for Buddy Week - even if they are bringing a buddy.

  • Acknowledgement and Agreement

    I, the designated parent or person having legal custody/guardianship of the minors shown above, or for myself, give permission for attendees listed to participate in all activities as described in the announcement for the program event. I hereby voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks and dangers inherent and incidental to the activities of the program. I will not hold AK Martial Arts and Fitness, RealFit4Life (DBA) its instructors, employees or other attending guests liable for any injuries incurred during the program whether caused by equipment or the acts or omissions of others excepting, damage or injury soley caused by the willful misconduct of negligence of AK Martial Arts and Fitness or its employees or agents. Photography Media will be utilized during the event and I acknowledge that AK Martial Arts has full rights and ownership to said media which will or can be used to market similar events for AK Martial Arts and Fitness. I also acknowledge that i will not receive compensation for any said media. I, the undersigned parent or person having legal custody/guardianship of the minors shown above acknowledge that there is no existing medical condition, food allergy and/or other condition of importance that is not listed above in the section Other Info that will prohibit the mentioned minors above to participate in activities listed in the events announcement. I also acknowledge that all minors must be over the age of 5 unless otherwise noted for said event.
